No one is born with dance skills. It's all a process! And as you continue to practice and improve, it takes you closer to becoming a great dancer. Our teaching system is like a store for dancing. Everything you learn connects to another pattern, dance, or concept and planned according to your skill level so everything is fun, quick, and easy to learn.

You don't need to have a dance partner to begin dance lessons. We believe that learning on your own can be an advantage. It helps you to work on your own pace and focus on your specific roles so the best possible results are delivered. A great dancer will learn how to dance, then choose a partner. Dancing promotes positive self-image and can help improve your self- confidence.

In a day and age when more of our human interaction has been replaced with a digital alternative, ballroom dancing is a face to face activity built to combine graceful movement with the social graces.

Held twice a year at the Marriott Hotel in San Jose, this event is the largest of its kind in the Arthur Murray organization and features two days of dancing, and over 12 studios in Northern California and Nevada. In most cases, these events involve travel, heavy preparation time, and, at some point, dance costumes. Students and teachers from around the Arthur Murray world attend, and it is the fastest way to progress in your dance hobby and confidence using it.

Services also available for non-local clients. A coach gets you to do things in a shorter period of time than it would normally take. The first Jedi Coach we had after showcase was Ron Christy. What can we say. He can however see what we need to work on.

We had a field day trying to understand the man known as Ron Christy. The next day, a Snow storm came to town. Jedi Coach Snow had her first day here in the San Jose studio and it was much anticipated. Each lesson went by faster and faster. She worked with students of all levels and the feedback was incredible. We constantly talk about how much you learn and improve when you have a coaching lesson.
